GIGABYTE A75-UD4H (AMD A75) @ TweakTown

“Now that the all mighty NDA has lifted on the new Llano platform, we’re able to bring to you all those motherboards that support the new APU from AMD. Today we’ll be looking at the GIGABYTE A75-UD4H. Like the ASUS board, we have already done an extensive preview on this one, so if you haven’t already looked at it, I highly recommend you go check out GIGABYTE A75-UD4H (AMD A75) Llano Motherboard Preview to see what’s going on with the look of the board and the bundle.”

GIGABYTE Z68X-UD7-B3

GIGABYTE Z68X-UD7-B3 @ Legit Reviews

“If we were to look at strictly the performance of the GIGABYTE Z68X-UD7-B3, I would have no complaints. Unfortunately, I can’t look past what I feel are short comings of the Z68X-UD7-B3. It seems to me, that GIGABYTE took the P67A-UD7-B3 motherboard, slapped the Intel Z68 chipset on it and called it good. The problem with doing that is that it pretty much leaves out the features that separate Intel Z68 chipset from the P67 chipset. You would expect that the boards would be priced close to the same, but that is not the situation that we have here today.”

ASRock Z68 Extreme 4

ASRock Z68 Extreme 4 @ SSD Review

“To say we have gone overboard on this review might just be a bit too accurate.  In an effort to push this to its limits we have pushed it through some of the toughest tests available, to include 10 separate games for those avid gamers wondering how it would stand up to their use. If you are considering a serious motherboard for your enthusiast activities, ASRock may have finally put together the most complete motherboard available and at an excellent price point!”

Intel DH61AG

Intel DH61AG @ MissingRemote

“In our first look several features were outlined besides the slim physique that make it especially interesting to the HTPC crowd; including a built in 19V DC power connector, mSATA support, eight channel analog line level audio and the brand new “HTPC” header which, with the right hardware can enable affordable HDMI CEC on the PC; today we couple it with a 2.7GHz 35 watt Core i5-2390T to find out if DH61AG makes good on the initial promise.”

ECS HDC-I E350

ECS HDC-I E350 @ PureOC

“AMD has been working for some time, a vision now reality called FUSION. The product is an embedded processor with an on-die GPU and the motherboard we’re looking at is labeled the ECS HDC-I.   It’s a mini-ITX motherboard with AMD’s embedded processor E350 code named Zacate. We will look at the performance, potential and value of the motherboard/APU combo.”

ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z

ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z @ Guru3D

“ASUS took the Z68 chipset and plastered it into a cute tiny motherboard. Then the ROG team did their magic on it and badabing-badaboom the Maximus IV Gene-Z we test today was born. Armed with the latest gadgets, some ROG lovin’ and that Z68 chipset will most definitely surprise you.”

MSI A75MA-G55

MSI A75MA-G55 @ Hardware Secrets

Let’s take a look at the A75MA-G55 model.”

ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z (Intel Z68)

ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z (Intel Z68) @ TweakTown

“Today we look at the latest power mATX board from ASUS in the form of the Maximus IV Gene-Z. At first glance it looks like it does everything a user would want in a performance mATX board. Looks can be deceiving, though. Just because it can walk the walk, can it talk the talk? Well, we intend to find out today, but before we get into the fun stuff like overclocking and benchmarking, we have to first start off with the package.”

ASUS Sabertooth 990FX vs ECS A990FXM-A

ASUS Sabertooth 990FX vs ECS A990FXM-A @ TBreak

“The new AMD 9-series chipsets brings with it the long awaited octa-core CPU support. These new AM3+ motherboards will support any AMD processor all the way till the good old Athlon processors of yore. With the 9-series chipsets, AMD brings support for SATA III (6gbps), PCI 2.0 2×16 lanes or 4×8 lanes, and up to 14 USB 2.0 connections. You will notice that USB 3.0 is sorely missing native support, but then that issue is moot because most motherboard manufacturers will just use a Marvell chip to control that.”
