GIGABYTE X299 DESIGNARE EX

GIGABYTE’s X299 Designare EX is now GIGABYTE’s top of the line X299 motherboard, taking back the reigns from the X299 Aorus Gaming 9, or so I thought. Intel Core i3-8100

Although Intel only sells two Coffee Lake-based Cores i3s for now, there’s a $60 chasm between the Core i3-8100 and unlocked Core i3-8350K. And that K-series chip isn’t a typical Core i3. GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS Gaming 7

In this review, we’ll be looking at the AORUS Z370 Gaming 7 from Gigabyte. They did an excellent job with the Z270 line-up of AORUS boards, and with Z370, I’m personally expecting more of the same. MSI Z370I GAMING PRO CARBON AC

Under-board features nearly end at that point, as the only other two things of interest are the M.2 connector and the Gigabit Ethernet PHY. Legacy SATA M.2 drives are excluded, according to MSI.
