ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-E GAMING WIFI – eTeknix

I have absolutely no qualms about the quality or design of the Z590-E. ASUS has been at this a long time as we all know the ROG and STRIX branding brings a certain expectation of quality and design with it. With a 6-Layer PCB design, 14+2 Power Stages and a built-in Digi+ VRM, ASUS have covered your power and overclocking needs effectively. As we saw, there are also FAN/AIO/PUMP 4pin headers on this board meaning ASUS have you covered for whichever type of CPU cooling you want to go with.

ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-E GAMING WIFI – GreenTech Reviews

ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-E Gaming WiFi is a mid-range motherboard (Intel Z590-based variants) based on top-notch components and an impressive array of useful features. It has an advanced power subsystem (like the Maximus XIII Hero) with an active cooling system (if you install the complete fan yourself), which allows you not to worry about overheating when the processor is running, even when overclocked. Compared to its predecessor, the novelty received not just a visual update and a couple of new functions, but radically differs on all fronts – we have much more various slots, ports and interfaces at our disposal, and some of them are characterized by at least twice the speed of work.

ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XIII APEX – Overclocking

Let’s start the owner’s tour with the radiators of which there are four! First, the three radiators located on the top of the motherboard and which surrounds the socket. The two most imposing cover the supply floor. These two radiators are connected by a heat pipe.

A third, smaller, and also connected via a heat pipe is responsible for keeping the dedicated power supply stage for VCCSA / VCCIO cool. We are here on a completely passive system. The radiator bearing the name APEX is composed of two parts and hides under the upper part a slot for an M2 PCIe 4.0 type SSD.

ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-I GAMING WIFI – eTeknix

There’s not a whole lot of included accessories in the box, but it should be just enough for most people. Alongside our manuals and driver CD, we have some stickers which hopefully some of will be useful, our WIFI antenna, some SATA cables, Zip ties, RGB splitter and a lovely little front panel extender that will plug directly into the motherboard, then we can plug our power/reset button cables and the likes into it. This will make our lives much easier especially as this is an ITX board and once you’ve got your RAM, GPU and CPU cooler installed, there generally isn’t a whole lot of finger room to go plugging stuff in.

If you want one of the best Z590 motherboards out there, before prices start getting absolutely crazy, then yes! ASUS ROG STRIX B550-I GAMING – OC Club

In this article, we are talking about the ASUS ROG Strix B550-I Gaming – the direct successor to the really successful ROG Strix B450-I Gaming. In my opinion, the model based on the AMD B450 chipset was simply the best “motherboard” of the ITX-format among the competitors – a loud statement, given the fact that I regard myself more as ASUS haters than fans. The new model inherited most of the “chips” of the previous one, received a number of new, more complete appearance, but the price, suddenly, the same penny per penny – $ 230 recommended. And this is taking into account the fact that the B550 chipset itself is noticeably more expensive than the B450, as well as the manufacturer’s revision of the pricing policy for video cards and boards.
