The expansion includes two PCIe x16 Gen5 slots. These operate in x16 or x8x8 modes, and a third slot pulls from the chipset at x1 connectivity. In fact, I expected it to be worse, but it turned out to be not so bad and in general the functionality is acceptable. Why did I choose ASUS? Oddly enough, there was no choice. First of all, almost the entire range of motherboards from this company based on the Intel H610 chipset appeared on the market. And the most affordable offer was ASUS Prime H610M-K D4. I was lucky to find a board a little more expensive, but really a step up.
